The Zhaoying Formation is a Coniacian geologic formation in Henan Province, China. Fossil dinosaur eggs of Ovaloolithus sp. have been reported from the formation.

Section begins at Hongshan Reservoir in Yangcheng, passes through Hutoushan, Yangcheng Village, Youfang Reservoir, Liangjia, Zhoujia, Hedong, Jianchang, and Sanli Temple, and ends south of Danshui Town
