Pararhabdodon est un genre fossile de dinosaures ornithopodes de la famille des hadrosauridés, classé dans la sous-famille des Lambeosaurinae. Il a été découvert en Espagne dans le bassin de Tremp en Catalogne, où il a vécu à la fin du Crétacé supérieur, il y a environ entre 67 et 66 Ma, juste avant l'extinction massive du Crétacé-Tertiaire.
