Menefeeceratops est un genre fossile de dinosaures cératopsidés de la formation de Menefee au Nouveau-Mexique, aux États-Unis. Il s'agit potentiellement du plus ancien membre connu des cératopsidés, ainsi que de la sous-famille des Centrosaurinae, apparentée à des animaux tels que Yehuecauhceratops et Crittendenceratops. Le type et la seule espèce est Menefeeceratops sealeyi, connu à partir d'un squelette partiel non articulé.

Menefeeceratops is a genus of ceratopsid dinosaur from the Menefee Formation in the United States. It is is believed to have been approximately 4 m long, and had two large horns above the eyes like other ceratopsians. Menefeeceratops was one of the earliest and most basal known members of the ceratopsids, and the oldest known centrosaurine.
