Nedcolbertia est un genre fossile de dinosaures théropodes du Crétacé inférieur retrouvé en Amérique du Nord. Ce genre Nedcolbertia est resté monotypique et la seule espèce fossile connue est Nedcolbertia justinhoffmanni. Le genre Nedcolbertia est classé chez les Tetanurae, étant un membre possible des Coelurosauria.
