Nemegtomaia est un genre fossile de dinosaures théropodes du Crétacé supérieur retrouvé dans la formation de Nemegt, en Mongolie. Ce genre Nemegtomaia est resté monotypique et la seule espèce fossile connue est l'espèce type Nemegtomaia barsboldi.
