Eoneophron est un genre fossile de dinosaures théropodes, de l'ordre des Avetheropoda et de la famille des Caenagnathidae. On n'en connaît que l'espèce type Eoneophron infernalis, découverte dans la formation de Hell Creek du Maastrichtien au Dakota du Sud (États-Unis).
