Étymologie Reptile de Baharia (oasis en Egypte)

Bahariasaurus est un genre fossile de dinosaures théropodes ayant vécu au cours du Crétacé, il y a environ 95 millions d'années. Ce genre Bahariasurus est resté monotypique et la seule espèce fossile connue est l'espèce type Bahariasaurus ingens.
