Alpkarakush

Alpkarakush est un genre fossile de dinosaures théropodes de la famille des Metriacanthosauridae ayant vécu au Jurassique, il y a environ 160 millions d'années. Les restes fossiles ont été découverts dans la formation de Balabansai, au Kirghizistan. Ce genre n'est représenté que par son espèce type, Alpkarakush kyrgyzicus, connue par des restes fossiles fragmentaires. Il s'agit du premier dinosaure théropode découvert dans ce pays d'Asie centrale.
