Oviraptor est un genre fossile de petits dinosaures théropodes de Mongolie décrit pour la première fois en 1924 par Henry Fairfield Osborn. Il a vécu au Crétacé supérieur. Le genre est représenté par l'espèce Oviraptor philoceratops.
