Shenzhoupterus est un genre fossile de ptérosaures de la famille des Tapejaridae, de l'Aptien du Crétacé inférieur, découvert en Chine. Selon Paleobiology Database en 2025, ce genre Shenzhoupterus est resté monotypique et a une seule espèce fossile référencée, son espèce-type Shenzhoupterus chaoyangensis.
