Les Darwinoptera sont un clade fossile de ptérosaures, décrit dans le clade des Monofenestrata lui même dans le clade des Novialoidea. Selon Paleobiology Database en 2025 ce clade des Darwinoptera contient le genre fossile Ceoptera.
