Kritosaurus est un genre fossile de dinosaures ornithopodes de la famille des Hadrosauridae. Il a vécu en Amérique du nord à la fin du Crétacé supérieur, Campanien et Maastrichtien, soit il y a environ entre 83,6 à 66,0 millions d'années (Ma).
