Etymology Tyran de Zhucheng

Zhuchengtyrannus is a genus of tyrannosaurid theropod dinosaur from Asia, known from the Campanian stage of the Late Cretaceous of Shandong Province, China. It belongs to the subfamily Tyrannosaurinae, and contains a single species, Zhuchengtyrannus magnus.
